Q1: Do you perform daily backups of your servers and of my hosting account, so that if I break something, you can restore it for me.

A: Please read section 5 of our Terms of Service, labelled "Backup and Data Loss". Here you will find information about how our "Backup Policy" works.

Q2: Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan at any time?

A: Sure. You simply need to submit an Upgrade/Downgrade order via your client area under "My Hosting Packages"

Q3: With your shared plans, do I get access to DNS?

A: No, you do not have this ability with shared accounts as we do this for you. You do however have the ability to edit your MX record from your cPanel.
