We made the decision yesterday afternoon to rehost our service to http://www.hightekhosting.com.au/ this was after discussing our needs with Dale who made it simple for us to understand what was required. We thought this would be a painful process but Hightek made it simple. We posted a maintenance window on our site from 8-10pm and during this time there was a seamless switch to our new host. Happy to say that for the first time in a while it was a pleasure to get up this morning and see our site was running great.

The SSL we put on the site over the weekend worked a treat today with a number of credit card transactions coming through successfully. So our customers have the confidence to use their Credit Cards on our site, thanks for taking us through this.
